My client was suffering from multiple running injuries (shin splints mostly) for years before meeting me up to try something different than new shoes, insoles, physio etc. This time it was an investment in runningtechnique .... Posemethod.
Keep in mind that between the "before-" and "after" vid, we were busy for about two hour teaching pose method through the elements of Pose, Fall and Pull and understanding the concept of pose (the role of gravity in running, muscle-tendon elasticity, muscular action, etc.) Lots of drills, improving awareness (perception) of good movement, integration of good action in the running movement etc., etc..
I tried to be most accurate in my explanations of things happening in the vid. Nevertheless, be aware that wrong interpretation of written words (which often happens), may lead to wrong conclusions and actions. I you want to give "pose" a try, make sure to fully understand what pose is about by looking up a little more than this vid alone ;-).

Update Februari 2013; My client has continued his journey to better running ever since. With ups and downs (more ups btw) and always with good faith in the outcome. Not overdoing when things went fine and not giving up on the method when he had to back off when soreness of tissues required him to slow down a bit to allow his body  tissues to adapt to the new demands. This is his current running form (which is pretty mature now); K's current running form (feb. 2013)
Calves a bit too active in pulling the ankle through ... Almost there
At this moment (may 2015) my client runs 38.40 on 10Km.
