2~4 radishes (1.5kg of cleaned radish, 150g of radish greens), ½ pear (350g), ½ onion (90g), ½ green onion (60g), 2 Cheongyang peppers, 1 red pepper, 20g garlic, ginger 7g, 4 spring onions, 50g rice, 1T (15g) Saeu-jeot (salted shrimp), 3L mineral water, 2T (30g) coarse salt
1: 1½T (15g) coarse salt + 1/2T (5g), ⅓ts new sugar powder, 100ml bottled water

✨ broth kimchi. (Please refer to the video for detailed recipe.)
1. Wash the radish after cleaning it.
2. Cut the radish and radish greens.
3. Add radish, 1½T (15g) coarse salt, ⅓ts new sugar, and 100ml bottled water and mix.
4. Sprinkle radish greens and 1/2T (5g) coarse salt evenly on top and marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Chop pear, onion, green onion, Cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and ginger.
6. Add pear, onion, 20g garlic, ginger, 50g rice, 1T (15g) Saeu-jeot (salted shrimp), and 200ml bottled water to the blender.
7. Strain the ground ingredients through a cotton cloth.
+ Rinse the mixer using 500ml of bottled water.
8. Add 2.3L of bottled water and 2T (30g) of coarse salt and dissolve the salt.
9. Add spring onion, green onion, pickled radish, radish greens, red pepper, and Cheongyang pepper.
