Hey everyone, welcome back to the channel. Today, I want to break down a near miss caught on camera in the UK. As a cyclist myself, safety on the roads is a top priority, but unfortunately, not everyone and especially not all motorists shares that mindset.
In the footage we're about to see, which was also sent to the police, you'll witness a motorist coming just inches from a cyclist. This was a heart-stopping close pass that could easily have led to a serious accident. It's a close call and a dangerous moment that serves as a reminder of the dangers we cyclists face daily.
The driving was without question poor. I make that point very strongly in the video. Additionally, I explain exactly what action and punishment I believe would be most appropriate in these circumstances.
Thoughtless driver incidents like these highlight the need for stricter laws and better enforcement to protect vulnerable road users. So, let's continue to advocate for safer roads and hold accountable those who endanger others through careless and thoughtless driving.
