This mudra is one of the toughest and the rarest.

There is one more toughest mudra which is known as vajroli. In Vajroli a yogi can absorb water and air from your uroginal part as well as you can also absorb energy after some time.
Khecarī Mudrā is a hatha yoga practice carried out by curling the tip of the tongue back into the mouth until it reaches above the soft palate and into the nasal cavity.
