The iContact camera is placed in the middle of your screen, and then you adjust your Zoom window to place the person's forehead behind the camera.

The VoxCast that I mentioned near the end of this video is the newest gadget for making this happen. I haven't evaluated it yet, but it's very promising.

Of course, both of these will work as teleprompters too, but I see the more common benefit as being able to see eye-to-eye on Zoom.
