I couldn’t decide whether to
I couldn’t decide whether to make a meatloaf or Mongolian beef, so I decided to try making both things at once. The result was a tender slice of meatloaf, crisped up in a pan before being smothered in an addictively delicious, sweet, salty, savory sauce. Enjoy!
