it is my hope that you can use these videos to relax and feel less stressed, sleep better, or focus. You can even follow along with me if you wish.

Today I focused on my sacral chakra (energy point in the spine located about 3 fingers width underneath your belly button in the low abs) and that means CORE WORRRRRRRK. I'm not generally a fan of core work and i definitely love my carbs obviously, but it's necessary for a stronger spine and general health so you'll probably see a lot more core work in this series.

If you're intending on also working on your sacral chakra, you can do so by sending energy to that area of your body and imagining an orange light in your mind's eye. The sacral chakra is said to house the energies of sensuality and creativity. If you're feeling blocked in those areas of your life, give this workout a try, or simply meditate while sending energy to this area, or you can try an affirmation meant for the sacral chakra:

- I am open to the flow of creativity.
- I am creative, passionate, and inspired.
- I feel joyful, energetic, and alive.
- My emotions are my teachers.
- Or any other affirmation related to creativity and sexuality!
