;- ingredients.

Fish curry.
Add the chopped 3" tomatoes in a mixture jar.
Grind into a fine paste.
Keep it a side.

Add the 1" Tbls ' Fenugreek in a mixture stone.
1" inch ginger.
Peel skin 1" garlic.
Grind into a fine paste.
Remove the blended garlic paste in a bowl.
Keep it a side.

Add the lemon size of tamarind in a bowl.
Water.
Soaked the 10" minutes.
Keep it a side.

Add the fish in a bowl.
Add the turmeric powder to taste.
1" Tbls ' of salt.
2" Tbls ' of red chilli powder.
Add the blended garlic paste.
Add the blended tomato paste.
1" Tbls ' of oil.
Mix well.
Marinate the 30" minutes.
Keep it a side.

Stove on kadai.
Heat 2" Tbls ' of oil in a kadai.
Add the 1" Tbls ' of cumin seeds in hot oil.
1" Tbls ' black mustard.
2" red chillies.
Curry leaves.
2" chopped onions.
Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour.
2" green chillies.
Add the marinating fish in a curry.
Mix well.
Saute for 3-4" minutes medium flame.
Stirring.
Add the tamarind water.
Add the salt to taste.
Stirring.
Cook for 10-15" minutes.
Stirring.
Coriander leaves.
Stirring.
Our delicious family fish curry is a ready.
