In this video I create
In this video I create a detailed Project Management and Tracking spread for one of my projects in my quarterly goal plan. I tried to experiment with a layout that contains all project information as well as progress updating all in one place - and I really love the end result!
This spread is more for projects nearing the execution stage, but I do have another project that is still at the early planning stages that perhaps needs a different kind of spread. So do let me know in the comments if you would like to see a video on that as well!
