Hi everyone! Christine here. In this video, I share how I created the book, binding, and base pocket page for my 6 1/2" by 8 1/2" mini album using the Graphic 45 Proper Gentleman collection. In Part 2, I'll show you how to customize the pages, and in Part 3, we'll decorate the album. Here's your cut list for this video:
Chipboard covers (cut 2): 6 1/2" by 8 1/2"
Chipboard spine: 2 1/2" by 8 1/2"
Binding: 8" by 8 1/2", score at 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2", 4", 4 1/2", 5", 5 1/2", 6", 6 1/2", 7"
Base pages
-cut four pieces of cardstock to 6 1/2" by 8 1/2" score on 6 1/2" side at 1/2" and on the 8 1/2" side at 1/2"
-cut four pieces of cardstock to 6" by 8"
-you will attach one of the score pages to one of the 6" by 8" pages, and you'll do that four times to create 4 pocket pages. The pocket in these pages will open at the top instead of at the side

-corner rounder punch (for large pocket tags)
-various metal charms for embellishing
-various coordinating ribbon
-filligree for cover
