Here's one that's pretty light - the lightest one yet!  My goal was to show how a simple one-shot process can get you a very decent result with honeycomb and bagged wet layup.  The light glass helps with visibility, but you could substitute carbon for a stiffer panel of the same weight.  Spread-tow would be a good choice!  

The process is similar to Laminate Sample #15 which also uses the layup on sheet plastic method.  Its wasteful but it saves lots of trouble handling (and making a mess of) unsupported cloth.  

The video also touches on the directional nature of honeycombs and how the L-direction is much stronger/stiffer than the W-direction.  I show this using the "Binstron" - my super crappy bend tester.  Science!
