Special Function: Cylinder Power Balance Test on GMC V8 with XTOOL Scanner

This video demonstrates how to use the XTOOL D7 scanner to turn off each cylinder one-by-one and monitor live data to determine if any cylinders are not contributing to the running of the engine.  This test is very handy when trying to identify the source of a misfire or rough idle.  The test vehicle was a 2006 GMC Sierra with 5.3L V8 but the steps are the same for most other vehicles
