First off, some basic notations about Street Fighter II:
WW = World Warrior [Normal] ( Street Fighter II World Warrior )
CE= Champion Edition [Dash]
HF= Hyper Fighting [Turbo]
Turbo = Turbo version [Super]
SuperT = Super Turbo [SuperX] ( HSFII, SF2AE and SSF2T)
Now you know why "Guile CE" in the tittle.

Guile of SuperT are really crazy, but CE version he are the master and who cross your path are defeated and taunted by your classic words " Are you man enough to fight with me?"
