Talking About Estranged Adult Children and Some Healing Advice

How do we survive the holidays when there is estrangement in the family. A separation. How do surviving mothers live with joy and meaning when the context of their relationship with adult children has changed so dramatically. It is nothing like she expected.

Knowing that this is not an isolated reality and that many women in our Sixty and Me community are dealing with estrangement with an adult child, this video offers some suggestions for moving forward. The reality is that adult children have their own life stories to live.
