This meal plan I am doing Try to avoid some food that is not great for cholesterol like full fat diary , fat meat , sugary.. keep it simple plant diary or low fat vegetable , fruits , oats , nuts .. more colourful natural food ! Okii !

Recipe :

1/2 cups oats quick
3/4 cup low fat milk or plant milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix fridge 4 h or overnight
Top it with banana
Dark chocolate chips l( optional)
