To get to the files you saw in the video go to

and download the USB jailbreak and the Creation package.
For those that got the the august update that blocked the Golden Keys
to jailbreak and unlock the UEFI of these devices , making Jailbreak impossible
follow these guide..

All i can say is follow the video good if you want this and listen to what I say
so you understand what you gonna get ..
Also listen to the Youtube part how to get in , and in the Windows 10
upgrade , you will visit Youtube , not with the Edge browser , but with the hidden
Explorer browser in program files , just create shortcut or pin to taskbar.
Then don't go to Youtube directly , but look for a external link from any site to Youtube , in that case you will be able to AGREE to TERMS .,
For the rest it's one big adventure , and we can always go back right.
In this video you will get more familiar with the Surface tablet , a very nice device that might surprise us in the coming future , cause we have people working on Booting Linux on ARM.
