Necessary materials
5 cups of flour (600 grams)
2.5 glasses of warm water ( 500 ml )
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)
1 teaspoon of sugar (5 grams)
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams)
For the surface:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of yogurt (50 grams)
Sesame and black cumin
Cooking : 30 minutes in an oven at 200 °C
