Hello friends welcome to Neetu Arora kitchen today we're going to prepare Bhandara wali kadi whenever went to any Bhandara or langar of mandir and gurudwara we eat kadi chawal,those kadi chawal amazed us how do they prepare such a tasty khati kadi.today I m trying to teach u same some people used to call it North Indian kadi and generally it's thick in consistency most of West Indian state prepare as liquid consistency,so start preparing it with ingredients which u need are. ingredients khati lassi/ chaach( 1 ltr) if lassi not available u can take khati dahi or curd and blend it by using water. besan 1 katori salt1tsp Red chili powder 1tsp haldi/turmeric 1 tsp dhania powder1/2 TSP kasoori methi 1tbsp Mustard oil 2 tsp dry Red chili 2-3 methi daana 1/2 tsp Jeera 1 tsp Ginger 1 small piece grated green chillies 1-2 tempering desi ghee 1 tbsp degi mirch 1/2 tsp pakora ingredients besan 1 cup Salt Red chili powder carrom seeds ( Ajwain) haldi powder baking soda 1/4 TSP oil for greasing if u don't want to make pakora without oil then u can Deep fry the pakora.
