In this series, you can follow every step in the process of building a backyard fence, from the initial excavation to the final appearance.
WATCH HERE:
1. Digging the Ground for the Foundation
We begin with a detailed hand excavation of the site to make sure the depth and width of the foundation matches our plans.
2. Preparing the excavation for the foundation
In this step, we prepare the bottom of the excavation for concreting, formwork placement and reinforcement to ensure the stability and durability of the foundation.
3. Construction of the foundation formwork
We use 2.5 cm thick colarica boards to make the formwork, forming it with the help of wooden brackets and pegs for fixing.
4. Reinforcement of the foundation and the fence foundation wall
We reinforce the foundations with ribbed reinforcement bars RA 10 mm, which ensure the strength and stability of the structure, and connect them with stirrups of smooth reinforcement GA 6 mm.
5. Fixing the formwork for concreting
We prepare the formwork for concreting so that everything is ready for the next step.
6. Concreting of foundation and foundation wall (base)
We concrete with pumped concrete made of crushed stone, MB 30 quality, which ensures uniform pouring along the entire foundation.
7. Removal of formwork and curing of concrete
After the concrete has hardened, we carefully remove the formwork and take care of the concrete to ensure its longevity.
