Number 5: We got the promised neverland, it’s about these orphans who grow up in this secluded area and are not allowed to leave the walls of the house. They are raised by this one lady but soon the 3 oldest siblings have suspicions about what is actually happening at the orphanage and what they find is horrifying.
Number 4: The Fruit of Grisaia, it’s about this boy who goes to this seemingly normal highschool with 5 other girls. He soon finds out that these girls aren’t as normal as he thought. He learns of each of their traumatic experiences which still haunt them to this day.
Number 3: Monster, it’s about a surgeon who comes to the difficult task of doing surgery on a young boy or the mayor but only one can live. Out of morality he picks the boy but that choice soon comes back to haunt him 9 years later when he comes face to face with this boy again now a pathological killer.
Number 2: Texhnolyze, this is a psychological show about the darkest and most savage parts of humanity and the lengths people will go to please themselves.
Number 1: Happy Sugar Life, this one is so disturbing to watch I still haven’t finished it. It’s about a girl in her late teens with mental health problems who kidnaps a young girl to love and will kill anything that tries to get between her and the girl.
