How to Remove Top Secret Protocols from RED ALERT 3 skirmish.

I spent 5 or so hours trying to remove TSPs from Red Alert 3 I tried figuring out how to disable it with .ini files, I looked through the hex editor which Is something I know nothing about... and eventually I found this mod  that actually made Skirmish vs AI bearable without playing on easy.

Anyways TSPs have plagued this game for literal years and I think that TSPs made it less popular overall. Though I do not think it is as good for just stomping some AI as Red Alert 2 was, it is after modding playable and you might enjoy it now that you can avoid Ability spams. I know I did not enjoy playing skirmish before this mod.

I will say I think the people who made the game actually liked Red Alert as a franchise, and genuinely did a good job making it, but they were trying to out Starcraft, and made it too fast paced and added too much micromanagement with TSPs then unit abilities. It was just too much.. They needed to chill out. In fact One of my major complaints with the game is that it is too Rock paper Scissors. You need most units to be able to be generalists with strategic advantages in the right spot.  Anyways I am rambling. Good luck and have fun.
