Jamaican Stewed Oxtail, Oxtail & Beans Recipe

*Ingredients*
2-3 1b Oxtail
2 tbsp Jerk or All Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp oxtail or meat seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp green seasoning (blended, Scallion & thyme, Garlic, Onion, Pimento peppers)
3 tbsp ketchup
1 Cup Dice Onion, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes
2 Pimento peppers (for flavor not spicy)
I Whole Scotch Bonnet Pepper
Fresh Thyme
1 Tin of Butter Beans or Broad Beans (optional)

1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cooking oil (optional)
