Begin with your jaw relaxed.

Now push your lower jaw forward bringing your lower teeth as far in front of your upper teeth as is comfortably possible.

Once achieved, carefully relax it back and then repeat the exercise.

The movement should be smooth and controlled and you should continue your breathing as normal.

To finish, simply relax your jaw back to your starting position.
