I'd like to thank @Moonhunter97 for allowing me to use his video for the good ending here.
Quick note, as far as I know, the good ending cannot be obtained after the patch 5. Even when @Moonhunter97 try to load his save, Lae'zel will change the reply and leave him instead. I think the game assumes we haven't finished Lae'zel sunrise dialogue. That's why she will always leave us after the patch 5.
