Social media algorithms are so well tuned to understand how to keep us on their platform that even if you intend on just spending 5 minutes checking Tik Tok or Instagram, you'll find that hours seem to fly by within a blink of an eye.
We all have 24 hours in our day, but it matters how you use that time. If you spend 4 hours a day on social media, that ends up being just under 1500 hours each year. Imagine how much you can learn and achieve in one year if you just spend less time on social, and more time fine tuning your skill set.
