Here is a quick and easy Mango Sauce recipe for you.  I love making this sauce for pork, chicken, fish, and other mild flavored meats and vegetables.  The color is stunning and of course the flavor great - with bright, fresh notes.

Mango sauce (at least my recipe) is pretty easy to make, with only a few ingredients that you saute off quickly and then blend together.  You can also make it ahead of time, and hold the sauce in the fridge for a few days before using.
