In this video, I discuss neck training: what is it for, how does it work, and why do you need it in your life?

Neck training helps to add size and prevents the "Ned Flanders effect" (where you look skinny when wearing a shirt, even if you're actually jacked!). It can also help to prevent concussion by keeping your head steady.

More interestingly though, neck training can also help you to move more quickly, to better track objects on the horizon, and to experience greater stability and balance. It even aids with breathing and the transmission of signals!

Neck training is therefore about much more than just neck curls. In this video I discuss those options, as well as neck bridges (yay or nay?), isometric training, ballet training and more. Enjoy!
