📝Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
Cheese - 150g
Mushrooms - 6 pcs
Tomatoes - 2 pieces (small).
For the marinade:
Salt - 1 tsp.
Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
Coriander - 1/2 tsp.
Paprika powder - 1 tsp.
Herbs of Provence - 1 tsp. (or khmeli-suneli)
black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Cut the chicken breast fillet crosswise, but not all the way through, and brush with marinade. And put a slice of cheese in each cut and add mushrooms and tomatoes alternately.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
