Start the Alternating Dumbbell Curl with a dumbbell in each hand, feet shoulder-width apart and hands by the sides. Lift one dumbbell keeping the elbow close to the body and the upper arm stationary, reaching the shoulder level. After completion, repeat the same pattern with the opposite arm.
