Why ROBBY Hesitated on the Winning Point Against Hawk

Something I noticed during Cobra Kai Season 4 in the all valley tournament was when Robby was fighting Hawk in the epic beatdown. During the fight which was pretty evenly matched, there was a moment where Robby hesitated to take the point against Hawk. If he did this, he would have won the match for Cobra Kai. I think the reason he hesitated was because he realized Cobra Kai was run by people he didn’t connect with anymore. I say this because of firstly, showing hawk respect, which triggered silver, and secondly, because e followed Johnny Lawrence, his dad, to the Cobra Kai dojo at the end of the tournament and made amends. He confessed he had all this hate in his heart for his dad and for Miguel that he joined Cobra Kai and allowed his hatred to twist him into something else. Something evil like the emperor wanted. But that wasn’t his true heart. I feel the conflict within him completely ruined his ability to fight using 100% of the dark side, and in that moment of hesitancy, it cost him the moment and allowed Hawk to get up, eventually, losing the fight.
