Making a welcome return after two years of enforced cancellation, The Railway Touring Co. “The Great Britain XIV” was well worth the wait. Here are 8 minutes of pure action covering three climbs in three Counties, where The Duchess put on a spectacular show in excellent weather.

Starting on the Somerset/Devon border we witness one of the most accomplished climbs of Wellington Bank I have ever seen, with the recent lineside clearance allowing excellent unobstructed views of this most impressive of locomotives.

On then to Tigley and Rattery Banks where the Duchess just keeps on giving, with plenty of clag to keep photographers happy and a spectacular slip as the driver clearly forgets where the rail greaser is sited!

Finally in to Cornwall for the climb from St Germans, where once again, there is no keeping the Duchess back as more lineside clearance allows a rare pan at the final location.

For visual spectacle and awesome soundtrack, it doesn't come much better than this!
