Do you ever wonder what it would be like to be neighbors with arguably the most famous pop singer on the planet? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of Ariana Grande’s next door neighbors $9 million dollar mansion!
The $9 million dollar home of Ariana Grande’s neighbor is located in Los Angeles County, California. For the safety and privacy of Ariana as well as the rest of her friends and family we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. We also encourage you to respect her privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time.
The $9 million dollar home is set on roughly a quarter acre of land in the hills of LA right next door to Ariana Grande’s nearly $14 million dollar compound. The home was built in 2004 and just had a nearly $3 million dollar remodel completed in late 2019. The home is surprisingly listed for sale so if you have a couple million laying around you could scoop up this property and be next door neighbors with a music mogul. However don’t think the cost of ownership stops at the nearly $9 million dollar purchase price. You can expect to pay roughly $80,000 per year in property taxes and an additional $38,000 per year in homeowners insurance. And I’m sure you can expect to pay upwards of $100,000 per year in miscellaneous home costs. But I’m sure if you’re purchasing a $9 million dollar home that an extra $220,000 per year won’t be much of an issue.
The home is a 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom with 6,680 square feet of living space breaking down to about $1,347 per square foot. As you enter into the gated driveway you have a 3 car garage off to the left and the main entrance straight ahead. Stepping into the home you enter directly into the main living area. The home has three levels and you enter into the top floor with the remaking levels below. Off to the right is the living room which comes with a gas fireplace and a fully stocked bar perfect for when you have guests. A set of pocket sliding doors opens up to the deck that overlooks the downtown area and ocean. Off to the right of the deck is a heated pool and hot tub and plenty of deck space to soak in some California sun. The balcony wraps around the backside of the home offering plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying a meal outside.
