Do You Need a College Degree to be Successful?

This video will discuss whether you would need a College Degree to be financial successful over the period of your working career.  Certainly many people who went to college become financially successful but is this entirely because of their college degree? Or, would you benefit more from working directly in a specific field that you want to spend your career in?
