To hold myself accountable during Quarantine I decided to do 30 days of jump rope. This became a fun way to work out. I did a few moderate exercises with this routine, but mostly it was jump roping. I saw REAL results. Like I talk about in the video at first my diet was regular AKA trash, but then I started intermittent fasting in a 16:8. It WORKS! I was surprised by how quickly my body loved the new eating plan.

Though I can't wait for the gym to be open again so I can get my workout on I will be keeping jump roping as a part of my almost daily routine.
