Blue Alpine Freeze Dryer review

Sorry it took so long to make this initial review of the Blue Alpine.

Many issues that I see with this machine. I personally will not be using the machine for any food as StayFresh.com has an amazing built machine and I feel like the Harvest Right is a good alternative to this one as well.

Wish I had better news as I was looking forward to this machine.
