Here we have the new multi-topology diode based wavefolder ‘Fold 6’ from Joranalogue. It’s a 4HP Eurorack module with dual series and parallel outputs, two inputs that go through the 6 stages of folding and an additional soft clipping stages for added level and dynamic harmonic saturation. We can control symmetry manually or use the second input to add a voltage to push an input signal into asymmetrical folding and clipping. As always the video is packed full of patch tips and tricks and musical ideas for you to try out in your own systems.
