white cabbage - 400 g = 1/5 part of a head of cabbage
boiled egg - 3 pcs.
minced meat - 600 g
potato - 1 large
salt, pepper - to taste
vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
thick sour cream (mayonnaise) = 4-5 tbsp
cheese - 100-150 g = approximately 3/4 cup*
