One of my friends gave
One of my friends gave me a whole bunch of curry leaves the other day. I was totally confused about how to save them! Ate some, Froze some, and dried some until she gave me another whole bunch! Haha! She is the best! This time I tried out this quick method of drying and was amazed at how easy it was! Now I have a whole jar of curry leaf powder and dried curry leaves that add aromatic magic to my recipes! You have an AirFryer? You can try out this method too :) You can store these dried curry leaves till your jar goes empty! If you follow my recipes, your jar will be empty soon, so make a lot! lol!
