More than 1000 km away from the southern coast of the Iberian Peninsula and more than 2000 from the north, the Canary Islands are an archipelago off the African coast of Morocco and the Sahara. Sand dunes, black beaches, rocky mountains, villages in the middle of nowhere and small coastal villages make up one of the places with the most natural and scenic diversity in Spain.
