Hey there! We’re happy to welcome you to the first steps of your upcoming journey with your new Wacom One pen display. This video explains connecting with a USB-C cable and no image is shown on the screen. The USB-C port of your computer might not deliver enough power to operate your Wacom One pen display. If you see the LED flashing rapidly, it indicates that you need to connect an external power source. In this case, please plug in the second USB-C cable to the power adapter and attach your regional compatible plug included in the box.
