+3 Year Outdoor Sublimation Signage

Unisub metal is exceptional and their Exterior line of signs takes this to the next level.  In addition to their Chromaluxe coating giving better brilliance and durability, these are specially coated to have a life expectancy of up to 5 years outdoors.  (see list below for Chromaluxe approved inks, placement of panel/environment matters)

Directions:
Print Quality:  Chromaluxe + Advanced Photo (SG400/800), Metal + High Quality/Advanced Photo/Ultra High (SG500/SG1000)
Tape in place with heat-resistant tape (JM148)
Press 400F at 1 minute
Hot peel
Cool with either air (fan) or water.

Dynamic Color
ChromaLuxe coatings and the dye sublimation process allow for
colors that expand beyond the normal printing gamut, making images
printed with ChromaLuxe pop off the panel.

Depth of Image
Unlike surface print technologies, ink is infused
into the ChromaLuxe coating providing a depth
of image often described as three-dimensional.

Extreme Durability
Printing on top of a surface can bring durability
into question. ChromaLuxe captures images within
the coating, providing unmatched resistance to
fade, abrasion, moisture, chemicals, and more.

Cross-Linked Advantage
ChromaLuxe coating provides a chemical bond at
the molecular level that has virtually no pores.
This cross-linked coating significantly inhibits the
growth of bacteria and allows for easy cleaning.

Sublimation printing is the chemical process of turning heat to a gas and forcing it into a product with pressure.  The ink dye then bonds with complex polymer molecules in the coating/polyester and cools looking the color in place.  This creates a strong heat transfer that is tattooed into the surface of the object.  The image is chromatic and can be any color making it the perfect process for custom personalization.
