Hi friends, in this video we are discussing about 'how to transfer money to ppf account online using cent mobile app'. If you have a PPF account in any bank then you can easily send money to PPF account online. But you need to know how to transfer fund to PPF account online.
If anyone asked 'Can I transfer money to ppf account from other bank' then the answer is 'Yes'. In this video we have described the same process where the PPF account is in SBI and the fund is transferring through Central Bank of India mobile banking.

Before going to send money to PPF account you need to add the PPF account number in Cent mobile app as a beneficiary. Only if your PPF account is in other Bank. Otherwise if your PPF account is within the same branch of Central Bank of India then you need not select the PPF account.
How to add PPF account as a beneficiary in cent mobile app:
1. Go to Cent mobile app and login with your user Id and MPIN.
2. After logged in to your account you will see some options on the screen. Click on the option 'Manage Payee'.
3. Now a new page will open. Here you have to select 'beneficiary type' under 'add/delete beneficiary'. Select the beneficiary as 'Other Bank account NEFT IMPS' if your PPF account is on other bank. Select the option 'Other CBI account' if the PPF account is of an other person and it is within the Central Bank.
4. Now you are asked to enter account number, re-enter the account number, IFSC code of the account branch. Enter the correct details. You also have to select the account type as PPF account and click on 'verify IFSC detail' option.
5. Your branch name will be appeared on the screen. Now you need to enter beneficiary name, beneficiary neck name, beneficiary limit, beneficiary mobile umber, beneficiary e-mail Id and transaction password of your mobile banking. Enter all the details and click on 'submit' button.
6. Now a massage will be appeared saying that beneficiary has been added successfully and beneficiary will be activate after 4 hours. Click on OK and wait for activating your beneficiary.
How to transfer money to PPF account online using cent mobile app:
After the beneficiary activation you need to go through the following steps to deposit money in PPF account online.
1. Open the Cent mobile app and log in to your account using use Id and MPIN.
2. After logged in to your account click on the 'Transfer' button.
3. A new page will open. Here first select your debited account number, then select the payment type as self AC if your PPF account is in the same branch of Central Bank Of India, select within bank option if the PPF account is of a other person and the account is within the CBI and select the option 'other bank' if your account is in an other bank. Here we select the 'Other Bank' option because of our PPF account is within SBI.
4. Here select the to account (your account neck name which you have entered at the time of add beneficiary) from the drop down menu.
5. Then enter the amount to be transfer. After that select a remark form the drop down menu as investment. Then select the transfer mode as 'IMPS' or NEFT. We select here the IMPS option.
6. Then enter the transaction password again here and click on 'Proceed' button.
7. Your transfer details will be displayed on the screen. You need to confirm the details. Click on 'confirm' if all is OK.
8. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. enter the OTP here and click on 'Submit' button.
9. Now a massage will appear saying that the transfer was successful and the refer number will also be displayed on the screen.
