Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka atta)- 1 Cup
Low Fat Curd (Dahi)- 1 1/2 Cup
Water- 6-7 TBSP
Besan (Bengal Gram Flour)- 1/2 Cup
Coriander (Dhania) Finely Chopped - 1/4 Cup
Ginger Green Chill Paste- 1 TSP
Salt- To Taste
Recipe-How to Make
1) In a Bowl, Mix 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour with a sprinkle of salt, 1 and a half Teaspoon of low-fat curd,.
2) Add 6-7 Table Spoon of Water and knead the mixture into a ball.
3)In another bowl mix 1/2 cup of Roasted Besan (Bengal Gram Flour) with a sprinkle of salt, 1/4 cup of finely chopped coriander with 1 teaspoon of ginger-green chill paste.
4) Mix the above well.
5) Roll the ball of Atta and cut into 5 small balls.
6) Flatten each ball with a rolling pin and add the besan mixture within the bread.
7) Mix the Besan mixture with the atta batter and flatten again into a thin round shape called the Paratha.
8)On a flat pan, heat the Paratha for a few seconds on each side.
9) Roast the paratha over an open flame till it turns light brown.
10) Healthy Low Fat Besan Paratha is now ready to serve.
