In an effort to accelerate talks over the stalled Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA) between the U.S. and Afghanistan, President Hamid Karzai met with Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and other U.S. officials in Kabul and agreed to sign the Agreement, but, only on the condition that the U.S. agrees to accept the demands put up by Afghanistan.
