Smartcarb vs.  TPI fuel injected two strokes, which one is better? In this video I compare the performance of the Smartcarb 2 on a Sherco 300SE back to back with the Gas Gas 300EC TPI bike. Both types of motors have benefits and negatives and while they both achieve the goal of compensating for elevation and temperature,  improved fuel economy and reduced emissions the power delivery is quite different.
