There was a more defined transition to the dry season in June, with the SE trade winds really taking over – particularly in the backend of the month.

The reliable SE offshores on the Bukit was a sure sign of the changing seasons, but the amount of swell wasn’t exactly up to dry season standard.

Even so, there were plenty of small to medium sized days at Uluwatu, and the lack of swell suited the breaks around Canggu, although the SE trade chopped up conditions by late morning most of the time.
