Moist No-Bake Banana Bread/ Stovetop Banana Bread

This is one of the most favorite recipe of my youngest son as he is so crazy with banana bread. After I added milk to my recipe, my very-picky-teenager-son has started liking it as it is more moist and perfect to his taste. One thing to remember though when cooking this in a pan...use LOW HEAT. We don't want to burn the bottom of our banana bread. Also, I am using a salad master pan but I am pretty sure any kind of pan will do. Just don't forget the very secret to achieving the perfect stove-top banana bread - use LOW HEAT!
