2 cups of sugar (480ml, 400g)
2 teaspoons of salt (10ml, 12g)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract (10ml, 10g)
1 cup of cooking oil (240ml, 220g)
6 cups all-purpose or soft flour (1,440ml, 870g)
2 teaspoons (6g) of baking soda
1.5 tablespoons (12g) of baking powder
180 degrees (355 F) convection for 45 minutes
