Weather Events - Soggy Summer and all that rain in July so far! (UK) - UK News - 9/July/2024

Low pressure fronts are sweeping across the country from the south, pushing the rain that has plagued southern and central parts of England. And all that rain.

This has been the pattern now for the last several years and shorter heatwaves compared to southern Europe when they occur as I have been noting.

We shall see if this is a new norm or a longer lasting pattern in future. In 2021 we had a cold August in the UK and a first for me in my many years on Earth in the UK and in August, as I have not seen or felt that before in that month.
