Forest Falls California Trail Hike to Big Falls is situated in the San Bernardino Mountains of California, at an elevation ranging from approximately 5,000 - 6000 feet. To Get To Forest Falls Take I-10 E to 38E to Valley of the falls drive which is a 30 min drive from San Bernardino or 1.5 hours from Los Angeles
Big Falls waterfall in Forest Falls is one of the largest year-round running waterfalls in Southern California. There is a short ½ mile hike to the viewing point for Big Falls. The top part of the Big falls has a 150 to 200 foot drop as the water continues down to the river below.
There are many small waterfalls on the trail to the viewpoint for Big Falls
This is a beautiful day trip with a Picnic area and restrooms upon arrival across from parking lot.
